How To Build Back Muscles Quickly

We never understand how important our back is to us so that we can actually have a nice life. Nobody even makes us realize that as well. Usually we realize that after working for a whole day our back is so sore that we can't even stand properly. The way life has become busy nowadays and the nature of all the jobs people are actually spending way too much time sitting down and not giving their backs a well deserved rest. So, how to build back muscles quickly, that is the million dollar question, asked by all and sundry nowadays.

Well for all the beginners out there, everyone can actually face back pains, if they've not done it already; back pains are very common nowadays due to the lifestyle that we lead. You also know that not caring enough for your back will give you problems in later years, which will be much more complex to resolve. So here is a list of some back exercises that will actually tell you about how to build back muscles quickly.

1. Pilates: Pilates are not only a grand way to make stronger the entire torso i.e. the abdomen and back, but they also strengthen and widen the muscles at the joints and extremes. You can carry out Pilate exercises in many positions, the most admired of which are:

a. Sitting Pilates: sit with your back directly against a chair, arms at your side. Take a deep breath in and then breathe out. While doing this turn side-wards and contact the floor, but turn at your waist and keep your back and hips against the chair all this time. Take another deep breath in and when you breathe out, come back to your previous position. This should be done for both the sides for at least five to six times.

b. Single Leg Stretch Pilates: lay down with your back faced towards the floor. Now lift your head and shoulders while keeping your torso on the land. Curve one knee and pull it inwards to your chest. Expand the other leg upwards at an angle of 45 degrees. Toggle legs for a complete set and do at least 5-6 reps.

2. Swimming: those who can swim should as swimming is great for you back muscles. Make a normal habit of going for a swim 2-3 times a week. It's a magnificent motion, tones your body really well and works wonders for your back.

3. Wall Slides: another exercise on how to build back muscles quickly. Position yourself in such a way that your back is against a wall. Stand entirely straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. Now slip down into crouching position and start counting till 5. Now gradually stand back up again and try to make 5-6 reps to strengthen your back, hip and leg muscles.
