2. Always try to drink loads of water, it is extremely important for anyone who wants to build muscle mass. You should have a good combination of proper mindset, a proper diet, a proper fitness routine and proper hydration. Well if you are into a lot of exercise and are a good athlete then I'd say anything up to a gallon is something you should be looking forward to.

3. a lot of myths are generally associated with body building due to many reasons. Basically you have to convince others around you to support you in this struggle of building muscle mass as muscle building is not only done for body toning, there are many benefits of building muscle, many of which are associated with better health in a lot of ways. Just try not to take any sort of dangerous steroids that are out there without any research as that can prove to be detrimental for your health. Always try to stick to the basics as they are what muscle building should be all about.

4. Remember if you have a partner along with you, it will tend to make things a lot easier than when you don't have. Company matters a lot in this case as well and I have seen people achieve wonderful results if they have someone that they trust with them while they are into muscle building.

5. What is the incentive behind the fact that you have opted for strength training and exercise. Is the motive solid enough to help you see through the difficult days when your life would seem at its lowest? You can also try taking some music along with you when you go the gym, it can actually make your steps a lot easier and muscle building will become fun as well. You can get your iPod and face the music with it! It is one of the most effective muscle building techniques that I have ever given anyone.

6. when you start muscle building, everyone will be imparting information to you and everyone will seem to know much more about it but my last advice and one of the most important muscle building techniques would be to ignore as much as you can and do only whatever you think suffices. You must always look for three important things in that person who's giving the advice to you; firstly, does his body do justice to his advice? What are the other sources of information saying about this specific thing? Lastly what are this guy's accomplishments? Has he really gotten what he wanted to by following his own advice? Going to gym should be a fun experience above all, you should be able to relieve your anxiety and stress when you are there.
