Ergonomically Correct Office Chairs
For people who work at offices, the most significant thing is to perhaps create an environment where they can be comfortable. When you talk about comfort of course the first thing that comes to mind is the furniture which is our companion for almost 9 hours of the day. Backrest Position
This is important. Backrest should be large enough to support the back. The chairs that are now being introduced usually provide backrest height and tilt adjustability. You can achieve this by putting the chair back in the full upright point and slant the backrest to the point at which is most comfy for you while. The best seat position would be the one where your knees are at a 90° angle, with your feet flat on the ground and your thighs horizontal to the floor.
