Facial Massage Movements

So how should you go about it then; Well you have to make sure that all the hair are taken off the face with the help of a head band and not a lot of oil should be used as then you'll start slipping. Take your partner's hair off the face with a headband. Be careful not to use too much oil on the face or you'll find it difficult to massage specific areas without slipping. You should close your eyes so that only the touch sensation can be focused upon fully without any problems.
Start by slowly stroking up each side of the jaw line to the forehead for at least four to five times. Now gradually stroke the forehead steadily with the flat of your hand from just above the brows to the hairline. Now place your thumbs at the centre hairline and slide them out to the side, while gently applying pressure. Afterwards you just have to move your forehead a bit down and then repeat the said exercise. You should continue this outward stroking pressure until you reach the eyebrows. Now place the heel of each hand on the centre forehead and slide out to the sides and repeat three times. Place the first two fingers of each hand on the temples and just make circular movements lightly for a minute or two, but the pressure applied should be extremely slight. You can use the above techniques with lavender oil as well. Wet your fingers a bit and with your index finger and thumbs gently pull along the brow bone. Repeat this procedure at least three times. Now stroke down the nose with your thumbs then gently rub round the nose tip and nostrils but by doing this please be sure that you do not press hard on the nostrils. Now stroking the cheeks across the cheekbones, gradually work down the face to the chin. You can also make circular movements along with the top lip.
