Flavored Massage Oils

The best thing about using good massage oils is that they can even heal you if used in the proper way. There are two sorts of oils to begin with, the base oils and of course the ones that we have under discussion right now, the massage oils. Massage oil is the basic tool of a good massage therapist due to which it is quite necessary that it should be of the best quality and should not be compromised upon under any circumstances.

This has been observed time and again that whenever massage oils are being invested in, their quality isn't given a lot of consideration and it is usually not checked as to whether or not its “food grade quality" which usually should be the first consideration in getting such stuff. If you can't eat a thing you perhaps should not even use it on your body as well. This article is specifically about the sort of oils we use to soothe our senses, called the flavored massage oils.

One thing that is especially good about these flavored massage oils is that it plays an important part in strengthening our relationships as they make people get more and more intimate. You can make one or more of these massage oils in exactly the way that you want to suit your own tastes very easily. The many natural flavor oils that can be added to the base ingredients of flavored massage oil make this a straightforward and reasonable thing to create. This is one place where you can drive your imagination wild and can try on various flavors to create the one that you like.

You can get yourself the basic ingredients of any flavored massage oil at a local health store as much of this stuff is easily available. The things that you will usually need are almost 3-ounces of sweet almond oil, 2-ounces of grape seed oil, 2-ounces of apricot kernel oil, and 1-ounce of sunflower oil. Once you have gotten yourself the basic ingredients, the next step would be to get yourself a new glass bottle with a lid so that the flavored massage oil can be safely stored in a cool dry place. To be on the better side the bottle should be able to hold at least 10-ounces of fluid. When you are done with everything, add one natural oil as well, which will add the final touch to the massage oil that is the flavor. The best flavors to choose from are cherry, vanilla, strawberry, lemon, mint. The oil should be natural and edible; you should make sure about that. When you are done with making that oil, just pour it in the bottle that you bought before and close the lid tightly, make sure to shake it up a little before you finally put it away. To help you with your memory the best thing would be to label the bottle and mention all the ingredients on it. It is always better not to store the bottle for a period of more than three months at a stretch so to avoid any confusions it is always better to write the date of manufacture as well. You can combine all sorts of natural oils to create fabulous flavored massage oils. But you should make sure that they are kept well out of children's reach.
