Relax for 2 minutes and get back to the work. This session of patterned running for 30-40 minutes a day, will give you healthy and positive results. You can lose 10 pounds in a year. It may seem slow, but is the best of all methods of weight loss.

Don't forget to put checks on your diet. Because taking enough calories into your body to let it consume only carbohydrates as fuel, will never make it burn the fats that stored. The results can be improved through healthy and fats free diet. Drinking enough water will also help in losing fats and prevent your body from dehydration.

Running is undoubtedly is a great way to lose weight and build muscles. The result is stronger and more fit and shaped body. Kicking off with right diet plans, being regular to the planned program and sticking to the drafted-out routine, will show you the results even better than what you want.
