Water Good For Weight Loss
No matter what, drinking 9 glasses of water is the recommendation all the way. But, should we really do it?? Does it really work for us?? The answer is of course yes! Now, a more appropriate question is ‘How Much?', people in daily routines don't take enough water due to the ignorance of the actual needs and many times just because our daily lifestyle doesn't allow us to take much water in. The recommended average amount per day is 8 glasses. This required amount should be met by drinking water on regular intervals. Excessive intake should also be avoided, as it flushes the minerals out of the body. Do quit taking water 2-3 hours before you go to sleep, as it causes repetitive get-ups all the night.
Taking right amount of water not only brings your body back in shape, but also makes you look younger and wrinkle-free. Cold water is recommended, as it is more absorbed by the body and of course burns more fats.
Certain people should stay cautious of taking too much water in. people having kidney problems and other issue that restrict fluid intakes should always work according to their doctor's recommendations.
